Dzen creates clear products for the work that happens between a company and the people it serves.

Our first product, Dzen Chat, helps support teams answer from their own knowledge base. We are also exploring the next Dzen product, guided by one practical idea: company knowledge should help the company work.

Build from what is real

We believe useful systems start with the materials a team already has: its documentation, decisions and language. A good product makes that knowledge easier to find, understand and use at the moment it matters.
